Dr. Göğüş has completed her Ph.D. in Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University in 2005. She also holds a B.S. degree in Management from Bilkent University (1999) and a M.S. degree in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University (2001). Her research interests include organizational justice, teams and groups, family businesses and entrepreneurship in the context of family business. She teaches organizational behavior, organization theory and family business courses. She is a member of the Academy of Management.
