The Faculty of Business Administration held a faculty dinner on September 9, 2025, at Deniz Yıldızı Restaurant in Çayyolu to mark the beginning of the 2025–2026 academic year and to express sincere appreciation to Prof. Dr. Selim Aktürk for his invaluable contributions during his tenure as Interim Dean. Faculty members and their spouses gathered in a warm and friendly atmosphere, celebrating both the start of the new academic year and Prof. Aktürk’s dedicated service and leadership.

[ E-Book ] The Faculty of Business Administration at Bilkent University successfully held its Fourth Project Fair and Competition on May 30, 2025, at the Mithat Coruh Auditorium. The event served as a platform for 105 senior students—organized into seventeen teams—to present their research findings and innovative solutions to real-world business problems, developed in collaboration with sixteen prominent companies. The day commenced with a poster presentation session, during which all participating teams introduced their projects to a diverse audience of faculty members, industry professionals, and fellow students. This interactive session allowed attendees to engage directly with the teams, offering valuable insights into their analytical approaches and research methodologies. 🎉 We are excited to share that the #BilkentpreneursChallenge 2025 — our annual startup pitch competition — successfully concluded on May 30, 2025! Organized in collaboration with the Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration, the Beba Innovation & Entrepreneurship Foundation, Loop Games, and the logistic support of Bilkent Cyberpark and Durukan Şekerleme, the event brought together some of the most promising student entrepreneurs. Within the context of the Business Capstone Project course that is taught by Ceren Aydoğmuş, Yasemin Limon, Başak Tanyeri Günsür and Rasim Serdar Kurdoğlu the Project Fair and Competition of FBA was held on June 13, 2023 at Mithat Coruh Auditorium with the participation of the student project groups, collaborated firms, academics and the University administration. Furthermore, a distinguished group of Bilkent Music and Performing Arts Faculty students performed a marvellous concert for the guests. Fourth Management Research Day (May 2023)

The Bilkent Center for Research in Transitional Societies hosted its 4th Management Research Day online on May 4, 2023. The event featured Dr. Yasin Rofcanin from the University of Bath (UK) as the discussant and brought together faculty members to share their latest research insights. The program included three faculty presentations: Prof. Zahide Karakitapoğlu-Aygün presented “I-deals, Emergent Leadership & Promotability: Test of a Moderated Mediation Model”; Dr. Serdar Kurdoğlu delivered a talk on “Leadership to Establish Meritocracy vs Domination”; and Dr. Atilla Onuklu explored “Rediscovering Transaction Cost Theory with Blockchain: The Block Transactions.” Each presentation consisted of a 30-minute session followed by an engaging question-and-answer discussion with participants and the discussant, offering a dynamic platform for scholarly exchange and collaboration.
