MAN 495 – Project Fair and Competition 2025

The Faculty of Business Administration at Bilkent University successfully held its Fourth Project Fair and Competition on May 30, 2025, at the Mithat Coruh Auditorium. The event served as a platform for 105 senior students—organized into seventeen teams—to present their research findings and innovative solutions to real-world business problems, developed in collaboration with sixteen prominent companies.

The day commenced with a poster presentation session, during which all participating teams introduced their projects to a diverse audience of faculty members, industry professionals, and fellow students. This interactive session allowed attendees to engage directly with the teams, offering valuable insights into their analytical approaches and research methodologies. The competition for the Best Poster Award was highly competitive, with all teams displaying commendable rigor, creativity, and presentation skills.

The event culminated in the finalist presentations, the most anticipated segment of the day. Based on the outcomes of the initial evaluations, six teams were selected as finalists to contend for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards. These teams delivered comprehensive presentations before a distinguished jury panel composed of academic experts and experienced industry leaders.

The finalist presentations reflected the students’ strong grasp of complex business challenges and their capacity to formulate practical and impactful solutions. The jury evaluated the projects based on several key criteria, including innovation, feasibility, analytical depth, and potential organizational impact.

The Faculty extends its congratulations to all participating students for their hard work and professionalism, and its sincere appreciation to the partner companies and jury members for their invaluable contributions to the success of this academic–industry collaboration.

The event concluded with the announcement of the Best Poster Award and the top three project awards, recognizing outstanding achievement in research quality, innovation and presentation.

The successful organization and execution of the Fourth Project Fair and Competition would not have been possible without the outstanding efforts and coordination of our course instructors: Assoc. Prof. Başak Tanyeri-Günsür, Dr. Ceren Aydoğmuş and Özgür Tolga Baycan. Their dedication and leadership played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth progression of the event.
