
| Phase 1: Team Formation & Proposal Submissions → March 09 – April 19 |
Form a team of 3-5 and prepare your proposal using the Evaluation Criteria provided. The deadline to submit your proposal is April 19 at 11:59 pm. Up to 10 teams will be selected to move to the next round of the competition.
Attention when forming a team:
- University students enrolled in universities located in Ankara.
- University students aged eighteen (18) years and/or with full legal capacity.
- Minimum one person per team will be required to be Bilkent University students from the following programs: Undergraduate, M.S. or MBA.
- All the documents that may confirm the Participant’s eligibility will be required prior to awarding any prizes (e.g. identity document, student card, etc.).
- This Challenge is not open to university staff.
Attention when submitting a proposal:
- Each team is required to submit a business proposal in a common digital format such as DOC, DOCX, PDF, PPT, PPTX, KEY, ODT, MP3, MPEG, MOV, MP4, etc.
- The length of the proposal text is max 10 pages, excluding supporting documents, video, etc.
| Phase 2: Final Teams & Coaches Announced → April 20 – May 15 |
Final teams will be matched to individual mentors/coaches who will provide guidance and support. All final teams will be offered mentorship to refine their proposal and final presentations for the live competition. The order of final team presentations for the competition will also be announced at this time.
All final teams are required to submit the following on the competition website by May 15, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
- All team members names, e-mails, and T.C. ID numbers.
- 3-10 static slides in PowerPoint or Google Slide format | Title slide is not necessary.
- Include your team name/team logo on each slide.
- 7 minutes maximum presentation per team followed by a 3-minute Q&A.
- If awarded prize money, each team member must provide their own details so the prize is distributed directly to them after the competition.
| Phase 3: Bilkentpreneurs Challenge – Live Competition → May 22, 2026 |
All final teams will present their solutions to an audience. Judges will offer feedback, and challenge winners will be announced!
Rules and Regulations:
- 7 minutes maximum presentation per team followed by additional time for Q&A
- Teams must use the slides submitted on May 15, 2026
- If awarded prize money, each team member must provide their own details so the prize is distributed directly to them after the competition.
