Sichen Guo is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the Faculty of Business Administration, Bilkent University. Guo received a Ph.D. from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and was a visiting Ph.D. student at the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Guo's research focuses on data-driven decision-making under uncertainty, with particular interests in inventory and revenue management, online learning, pricing, and human–AI collaboration. The research combines stochastic optimization, dynamic programming, and online learning to develop theoretically grounded and practically implementable decision-making methods.
