Gözde Sungu ESEN received her Ph.D. (2021) in Finance from Özyeğin Üniversity, Msc. (2013) in Finance and BS (2007) in Management from Bilkent University. Before joining Bilkent University in 2023, she worked as an assistant specialist for three years in the Loans Department and as a specialist for one year in the Budget and Planning Department at Arkas Holding. She also worked as an in-country consultant for EBRD for a year period.
She taught courses such as Principals of Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Current Issues in Finance, Corporate Finance, International Finance, and Entrepreneurial Finance.
