Following graduation from University of Baltimore with a degree in Accounting, he embarked on a business career with global firms such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Northrup Grumman, etc. and had roles such as Top Executive/Board of Directors/CFO of the European Operations (lived in Holland), Middle East Financial Manager (lived in Turkey), Controller, etc. and obtained a MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore, a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) during his years as a practitioner. Dr. Kiessling continued his education at the University of Oklahoma and obtained PhD in Management and Marketing and has taught in Oklahoma, California, Kentucky and Australia.
